This is an OEM cylinder that has been bored out +2mm and re-plated then diamond honed. This is a great reliable setup. This is one of our best sellers for the RZR 800. Your horsepower will increase by 5 across the board and will retain great reliability. Use 9:1 compression for turbo and supercharged applications and 11.5:1 for no turbo. 11.5:1 for use with 91oct or higher pump gas.

Core charge:
We do have a core charge on this cylinder. We need your cylinder back as a core to bore and re-plate for the next customer. We typically have cores in stock so if you are in a hurry we can send you the cylinder before you send yours to us. You would have to pay the 100% refundable core charge. When we receive your good core we will refund you. Cylinder must be received in 90 days from when you received your cylinder. If not we will replace it with a new one and will no longer be able to refund your core charge.

A good cylinder core has no cracks or dings that will effect use. Scratches are usually ok on the cylinders as we bore 2mm over. This means if the scratches are less than 2mm deep your cylinder is a good core.

Dowel locating pins:
Your cylinder has four dowel pins. Two on the top and two on the bottom. The two on the bottom usually stay in the crankcase when the cylinder is removed. When you remove your cylinder to send to us make sure you remove your dowel pins. You will need these to put your engine back together. We do sell these if you don’t want to deal with it or damage them.
